Any information which might identify you will kept confidential by Unite the Union (“Unite”) and will not be shared with your management or anyone else outside Unite. The information you provide on this survey will be used by Unite in the following ways:

      • your name, job title and workplace will be used by Unite to map the workforce.
      • Mapping information may be shared with Unite’s elected workplace representative(s) to provide information to you about the issues raised and to organise and recruit Unite members;
