• Shaping Pay Together: Unite in HSBC/fd 2027 Pay Survey

  • Later this year Unite reps will be meeting with HSBC to discuss next year’s pay pot. As we are a member led union, we want to hear from you. Your opinion matters as the survey results will be reflected in our discussions with the employer about what we feel an appropriate pay pot should look like and why.

Thank you for engaging with us on our 2027 Pay Survey. You do not need to be a member to complete the survey, so please feel free to share with your colleagues.
