Prime Flight/Sky Tanking Collective Grievance, FOH Rostering Issues

Collective Grievance, Rostering pressures.
We the undersigned are raising this collective grievance in line with the Prime Flight/Sky Tanking collective grievance policy.

Our grievance is that:

We feel that the current working patterns (roster changes) are having a detrimental impact upon our working lives, our safety (including mental wellbeing) as well as workforce morale overall. Similar issues have occured in other departments and have been resolved via this method - we wish to be treated the same as our colleagues in other departments (Ramp).

We believe the above to be unfair and wish to be represented at the grievance hearing by our union representatives/officials.

We expect this collective grievance to initiate a 'Status Quo' situation thereby putting the rostering changes on hold whilst this collective grievance is live.

We expect a grievance hearing to be held within five (5) working days of receipt of this grievance.
