Information about data processing for event booking

• The personal details that you provide on this event booking form will be used by Unite to book to you onto and contact you with relevant information about the event you are signing up to attend.
• We use this data to provide an effective event and to monitor and improve the services we provide in the future.
• When you sign up to attend an event, you will be advised what information is required (usually marked with an asterisk), and what is optional. All data will be safely disposed of once the event has taken place and it is no longer required for a legitimate trade union activity.
• Where the event is being held at an external venue, your information may be shared with Unite’s trusted accommodation, venue, facility, catering and/or travel providers.
• Where it is an online event, your data may be processed by Zoom or another video conference service used by Unite to host the event online and/or send the log-in details.
