We the undersigned wish to raise a greivance in line with Swissports policy.

We are finding the current shift rotas and the way shifts are given out / determined to be causing too much pressure. This situation is making things very difficult for our team, affecting our well-being and lowering our morale. It also makes it harder for us to do our jobs as well as we should. We need an urgent review of the current shift and rostering system to make sure the workplace is fair and balanced for everyone
