    Collective Grievance, Rostering Changes.
  • We the undersigned are raising this collective grievance in line with the Prime Flight/Sky Tanking collective grievance policy.

     

    Our grievance is that:

    We feel that the changes to our working patterns (roster changes) will have a detrimental impact upon our working lives, our safety (including mental wellbeing) as well as workforce morale overall. 

    We believe the above to be unfair and wish to be represented at the grievance hearing by our union representatives/officials.

    We expect this collective grievance to initiate a 'Status Quo' situation thereby putting the rostering changes on hold whilst this collective grievance is live. 

    We expect a grievance hearing to be held within five (5) working days of receipt of this grievance.

      • This form sets out the collective grievance that Unite the Union will be raising with the employer identified for members affected by the issue who complete the form
