The CPHVA AGM is a formal annual meeting of the CPHVA members. It is open to all members of the CPHVA and your attendance is voluntary, it is designed to bring members together to engage with CPHVA leadership, discuss relevant issues pertaining to their practice and to find resolutions and discuss motions to be acted on or carried forward. Each member has a voting right to exercise on each motion discussed at the AGM.

- The personal details that you provide on this event booking form will be used by Unite to book to you onto and contact you with relevant information about the event you are signing up to attend.
