At Unite in AXA, we believe there is a climate emergency, and that the crisis must be met in a way that creates a better world for everyone.

We recognise AXA UK’s commitment to the global effort to limit climate change as part of its mission to help people live better lives.

While AXA has made significant strides in sustainability, we believe our members - and all colleagues - should be at the forefront of driving progress towards a greener workplace.

This short survey is an opportunity to start the conversation. It’s your chance to share what’s important to you, and your ideas on how AXA can help us all become more sustainable at work.

Any information which might identify you will be kept confidential by Unite the Union ("Unite") and will not be shared with your management or anyone else outside Unite.
