    UNITE SOUTHWEST is providing coaches this year from stops across the South West to Tolpuddle on Sunday, 20 July 2025 - returning the same day in the evening. Travel is free for Unite Members, and we ask for a £10 contribution per person from non-members.

  • Thanks, we are asking for a £10 contribution per adult to help cover some - not all - of the coaches’ costs. Our actual running costs per person are higher than this on every coach. If you can't afford £10, but would still like to attend, please let Matt Tipper know who might be able to help. Email Matt at: matt.tipper@unitetheunion.org. If you can afford £10 per adult, we'll send payment details to you once you've booked - either bank transfer or cheque.

      By making this booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

      2. Service Description
      The Service provides a coach from designated locations "Pick Up Points" to Tolpuddle on Sunday, 20 July 2025 only. The coach is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. 

      3. No Guarantees
      The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We can not guarantee timely arrivals or departures, and the schedule may be subject to change or be cancelled without notice. We can not be held responsible for any losses, damages or costs direct or indirect caused by a delay or cancellation 

      4. Limitation of Liability
      To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider of the Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to any loss of property, personal injury, or other damages.

      5. Personal Responsibility
      You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your belongings while using the Service. The provider is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

      6. Safety and Conduct
      All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner  The provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior. Alcoholic beverage consumption, smoking, consumption of hot food/drink or use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted onboard. 

      7. Changes to Terms
      We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

      8. Additional Conditions

      Unite will be chartering these coaches from a range of Coach Companies. By boarding their vechicle, you agree to their abide by their rules and conditions of carriage.

      Information about data processing 


      The personal details that you provide on this booking form will be used by Unite to book to you onto and contact you with relevant information about the coach service you are signing up to attend.


      We use this data to provide an effective event and to monitor and improve the services we provide in the future.


      When you sign up to attend and attend an event, you will be advised what information is required (usually marked with an asterisk), and what is optional. All data will be safely disposed of once the event has taken place and it is no longer required for a legitimate trade union activity.


      As our coaches are being provided by an external provider, your information may be shared with coach and service providers.

      Additionally our coaches may operate with a volunteer steward. Your data, name, and  will be shared with them to book you on the coach and run the coach sucessfully.
