Collective bargaining: Pay, hours & holidays

Unite the Union & the Communication Workers Union (UTAW Branch) are asking your employer to recognise it for collective bargaining.

We have to show the Central Arbitration Committee that a majority of workers favour our joint application. If you want your employer to recognise Unite & the CWU for collective bargaining covering Pay, Hours & Holidays, please sign the petition.

You are legally protected in providing this information to Unite & CWU for the purposes of a union recognition claim.

Google will NOT be provided with any details of individuals who have signed the Petition.

Important Information

This Petition is for Googlers employed by Google within the United Kingdom. Any Googler employed within the UK can sign it regardless of their nationality or immigration status.

Googlers employed outside the UK should not sign this petition.

The petition is primarily for Googlers in the UK who are not members of Unite or the CWU (UTAW) branch but you are welcome to sign if you wish to do so.

If you are a member of both Unite and the CWU (known as dual carding) it would assist our campaign if you inform both unions of your dual card status so you are not counted twice (Dual card holders can only be counted once when determining support and membership percentages)
