We the undersigned, who are all employees of Lloyds Banking Group call upon our employer to:

1. Stop the practice of applying a state pension reduction/clawback to the pensions of colleagues when they reach state retirement age.

2. Remove the 0% cap on pensionable salary that was imposed in 2014.

3. Re-open its Defined Benefits pension schemes to new members.

This form sets out the Pension Petition that Unite the Union will be asking colleagues and members to sign. The personal data that you provide on the form will be added to the Pension Petition and it will be sent to your employer. Your employer will become a separate data controller of the personal data you provide for the Pension Petition once it has been sent to them.

The Pension Petition will be retained by Unite until the pension campaign is concluded. A copy of the Pension Petition with your personal data will be shared with the Unite employees and elected representative(s) or official(s) involved in dealing with this.
