    Dear Claudio, as you are aware the country is in the grip of a cost of living crisis with high inflation and rising interest rates. Unfortunately many employees in AXA are struggling to make ends meet. Through this, and recent COVID crisis, we have all gone the extra mile in difficult circumstances to help the customer and keep AXA profitable and feel that employees should get a fair pay deal from AXA, NOT be struggling to pay their heating or to put food on the table.

    I the undersigned worker calls upon AXA to put staff before shareholders in the current pay talks with Unite and offer a fair pay deal to us hardworking employees.
