Electrical, Mechanical & Engineering Construction employers have refused to listen to the calls of our workers, in light of the Cost of Living Crisis and now we find ourselves in pay negotiations.
below you will find a link to Register to vote in the upcoming pay ballots. It's important that you update your information so that we can ensure that the data that we hold on you is correct. failing to do this could mean that we dont have you registered as a member of the bargaining unit or your ballot goes to the wrong address.
Every ballot that isn't returned is considered a vote for the employer so it is vital that we get ballot ready NOW and ensure that we are as strong as possible.
